The developer of Factory of Order is the controller of this policy. Privacy contact: margaritka251289@gmail.com.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use the mobile app on the App Store and Google Play. By using the app, you (or a parent / guardian) acknowledge this policy.
The app is designed for children and family use. We do not create accounts, ask for a child’s email, run chats, or store a child profile on our servers — the app has no developer backend.
AdMob requests are configured as child-directed (COPPA-oriented): G-rated ad content and limited personalization. Parents should use Apple Screen Time / Ask to Buy and Google Family Link where appropriate.
We only store data locally on the device:
Storage is on-device (SQLite / AsyncStorage and similar). We do not sync it to the cloud and cannot access it remotely.
We do not collect or request:
The app may show rewarded ads via the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. To serve ads, the SDK contacts Google. Depending on OS, device settings, and consent, Google may process, for example:
Google processes this as an independent ads provider under its policies. We do not sell personal data and do not send game progress to ad networks.
Google documents:
Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), the SDK may show a Google UMP consent form before ads are requested.
On iOS, the system may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt if needed by the SDK/OS. The app is configured for child-directed ad content and is not intended for the developer to build an adult advertising profile.
You can limit ad personalization in device settings (iOS Privacy & Security; Android Google/ads settings) and with platform family tools.
We do not sell personal data. Third-party sharing is limited to what Google’s ads SDK needs to serve ads (section 5). We do not upload local game progress to our own servers.
Local data remains while the app is installed (or until you clear app data). Uninstalling usually deletes local progress. Data already received by Google for ads is retained under Google’s policies.
We use reasonable on-device practices (local storage, no cloud account). No method is perfectly secure — protect the device with a passcode / biometrics.
Google may process data on servers in various countries. See Google’s policy. We do not host user data on developer servers.
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be noted in the store “What’s New” text.
