Request deletion of your data

Factory of Order does not use accounts or a developer cloud. Game progress stays only on your device. Optional rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob.

How to request deletion (step by step)

Delete on-device game data yourself (fastest):
- Android: Settings → Apps → Factory of Order → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
- iOS / iPadOS: delete the app (long-press icon → Remove App). This removes local progress stored on the device.
Or email us a deletion request: write to margaritka251289@gmail.com with subject “Factory of Order — Data deletion request”.
Include: platform (Android / iOS), approximate country/region, and (optional) advertising ID if you know it (Android GAID / iOS IDFA). We do not need a login — there is no account.
We will confirm by email, usually within 30 days, and explain what we can delete ourselves vs what you must clear on the device / via Google tools.

What is deleted

Local game progress (scores, levels, robot care state, collection, settings, locally typed display names): deleted when you clear app data or uninstall. We do not keep a cloud copy.
Developer-held records: we do not operate a user database. Emails you send to support are used only to handle your request and may be deleted after the request is closed.

What may be retained (and by whom)

Google AdMob / Google advertising data (for example device or advertising identifiers, coarse device/app info used to serve ads): processed by Google under Google’s policies. We cannot fully erase Google’s advertising systems on your behalf. You can reset/limit the advertising ID in device settings and review Google’s tools and policies: Google Privacy Policy, ad settings / opt-out.
Optional crash diagnostics (Sentry), if enabled in a build: may retain technical error logs for a limited time for stability; they are not used to build a player account profile. Ask us in the same deletion email if you want us to check for any related support notes.

Retention periods

On-device progress: kept only while the app is installed (or until you clear storage). Uninstall / clear data removes it.
Support emails: kept only as needed to answer you, then removed or minimized.
Ad-related data held by Google: retained according to Google’s retention rules, not under a separate developer cloud.
